FZ/T 81001-2025 Sleepwear
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage for sleepwear.
This document applies to sleepwear (including sets) and other indoor home wear garments produced mainly from woven textile fabrics.
This document is not applicable to clothing for infants aged 36 months and below.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 15557 apply.
4 Requirements
4.1 Instructions for use
4.1.1 The product instructions for use shall meet the requirements in GB/T 5296.4, and those of products for children aged from 3 to 14 shall also meet the requirements in GB 31701. For jumpsuits and dresses, the size designation shall be based on the sizing of tops.
4.1.2 For adult products that do not meet the requirements of Grade 1 but meet the requirements of Grade 2 in terms of burning performance, the warning "Flammable product, use with caution" shall be indicated in the instructions for use.
4.2 Size specifications
4.2.1 Size specification shall be set according to the requirements of GB/T 1335 (all parts).
4.2.2 The specification of the main parts shall be designed according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 1335 (all parts).
4.3 Materials
4.3.1 Raw materials and accessories
The shell and lining shall meet the relevant requirements of this standard. The linings, sewing threads and other accessories used shall be compatible with the shell; buttons, decorative buttons, zippers and other accessories shall be smooth on the surface, free from burrs, defects, flaws, and free from accessible sharp points and sharp edges. Zippers shall engage and operate smoothly.
