1 Scope
This standard specifies the limited value of energy consumption per kilogram of the electric washing machine, the water consumption limited value, the evaluating values of energy conservation, and the decision method of energy efficiency grade.
This standard is applicable to household electric washing machine whose rated washing capacity is equal to or less than 13kg; hereinafter referred to as washing machine; this standard is not applicable to washing machine which is equal to or less than 1.0kg and single barrel washing machine without dehydration function. For washing and drying machine, only its washing function is assessed.
