本标准规定了果、蔬汁饮料的指标要求、食品添加剂、生产加工过程的卫生要求、包装、标识、贮存、运输要求和检验方法。本标准适用于以水果、蔬菜或其浓缩果、蔬汁（浆）为原料加工制成的汁液，可加入其他辅料，经相应工艺制成的可直接饮用的饮料。本标准也适用于低温复原果汁。
