This standard specifies the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation, energy efficiency grade, test methods and inspection rules of the domestic gas instantaneous water heater (including condensing domestic gas instantaneous water heater, hereinafter referred to as water heater) and gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler (including condensing gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler, hereinafter referred to as heating combi-boilers). This standard is applicable to the water heater and heating combi-boiler which use fuel gas as the energy only and have a thermal load not greater than 70kW. This standard is not applicable to the fuel gas positive displacement water heater. The referred fuel gas in this standard shall meet the requirements of GB/T 13611.
