Norm of energy consumption per unit production of refining and chemical industry 1 Scope This document specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method for norm of product energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) for refinery, ethylene, polypropylene, styrene, purified terephthalic acid, p-xylene, propylene oxide and phthalic anhydride.
