1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to implementing the technical economy policy of the nation, regulating the project design, construction and acceptance of civil closed monitoring television system (hereinafter referred to as system), achieving advanced technology, economy and rationality, safety and usability, guaranteed quality, energy conservation and environmental protection .
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of new, renovation and extension project of closed circuit television system with the main purpose of civil monitoring.
1.0.3 The system should adopt digital, networked, intelligent and HD technology.
1.0.4 Design, construction and acceptance of project of civil closed monitoring television system shall not only comply with the requirements of this code, but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
