1. General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is designed to promote quality control on construction engineering, to unify acceptance for construction quality of ventilation and air conditioning works and to guarantee engineering quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to acceptance for construction quality of ventilation of construction engineering and air conditioning engineering.
1.0.3 This code should be enforced according to applicable national standard Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering, GB50300-2001.
1.0.4 Requirements for constructional quality specified in engineering documents and contractual documents shall not be lower than specifications defined in the code.
1.0.5 The constructional quality acceptance of ventilation and air-conditioning engineering shall execute provisions in the code and, be compliant with provisions in currently applicable national standard specifications.
