本标准代替GB/T11048—1989《纺织品保温性能的测定》。本标准规定了在稳态条件下热阻和湿阻的本标准与GB/T11048—1989相比主要变化如下:
1.标准名称中不再使用术语“保温性能”一词,改用术语“热阻和湿阻”;
2.扩大了适用范围;
3.增加了湿阻测定的内容;
4.规定可以采用两种仪器:A 型仪器———蒸发热板法,B型仪器———静态平板法;
5.恒温温度由36℃改为35℃;
6.试验环境空气由基本静止(风速小于0.1m/s)改为恒定气流1m/s;
7.以热阻和湿阻为主要指标,并增加透湿指数、透湿率、热导率指标,取消保温率指标;
8.取消以间歇式加热为基础的试验程序和计算公式,只给出定义性公式;
9.增加以标准样校准仪器的程序;
10.取消原方法B———管式保温仪法;
11.增加结果的重复性、再现性一章(见第8章)。
