本标准规定了用单片磁导计测量电工钢片(带)的比总损耗、比视在功率和交流磁化曲线的方法。本标准规定电工钢片(带)的交流磁性能参数都是在磁通波形正弦条件下测得的，适用的磁极化强度范围为：冷轧取向电工钢片(带)1.0～1.8T，冷轧无取向和热轧电工钢片0.8～1.5T，如果磁通正弦条件得到保证此范围可相应展宽。本标准规定测量时环境温度为23±5℃，相对湿度小于80%。本标准适用于冷轧取向、无取向和热轧电工钢片(带)的交流磁性能测量，频率范围为45～65Hz。本标准和GB3655规定的测量方法得到等同的测量结果。在两种测量方法并行的期间，两种测量方法得到的测量结果具有同等的效力。
