1. Scope This national standard specifies sampling and preparation of samples for the determination of chemical composition of pig iron, cast iron and steel. These approaches are respectively applicable to liquid state and solid state thereof. 2. Normative references The clauses in the following files turn into the clauses of this standard by citation.
