根据我国标准，本部分第１章将输入电源电压范围上限从ＩＥＣ６１２０４-３规定的不超过６００Ｖ改为不超过６６０Ｖ，输出电压范围上限则从ＩＥＣ６１２０４-３规定的不超过２００Ｖ改为不超过２５０Ｖ。
