本标准的制定参考了食品法典委员会（ＣＡＣ）ＣＯＤＥＸＳＴＡＮ２４７—２００５《果汁和果肉饮料通用标
准》和欧盟果蔬汁工业协会（Ａ．Ｉ．Ｊ．Ｎ．）果汁评价标准的技术规格。本标准规定了浓缩橙汁的技术要求、试验方法和检验规则。本标准适用于本标准第3章定义的浓缩橙汁。
