本标准规定了用于能消除静电火花的防静电防护服（或手套）材料的试验方法。
本标准不适用于抗电源电压防护服或手套所采用的材料。
为了便于使用，本标准做了下列编辑性修改：
a）标准名称改为“服装　防静电性能　表面电阻率试验方法”；
b）“本欧洲标准”一词改为“本标准”；
