本标准规定了供行动不便人员使用的(可站立或乘坐轮椅车、也可有人伴随或无人伴随)、永久安装的动力驱动垂直升降平台的安全准则、尺寸和功能。
本标准规定了下述升降平台的要求:
a) 安装在封闭的井道内;
b) 设计或安装地点允许其在未封闭的井道内使用。
本标准适用于如下的升降平台:
a) 在固定的楼层之间运行;
b) 对于安装在未封闭井道内且不穿过楼板运行的升降平台:
1) 提升高度不大于2m;
2) 在私人住宅里,提升高度不大于4m。
c) 安装于封闭井道内的升降平台,提升高度不大于4m;
d) 额定速度不大于0.15m/s;
e) 运行方向与垂直面夹角不大于15°;
f) 额定载重量不小于250kg。
