1 Scope This standard specifies the term, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, appearance, marking and supply requirements for cryogenic emergency shutoff valve (hereinafter referred to as emergency shut-off valve). This standard is applicable to the gas and liquid with nominal dimension of DN 15 to DN 200, nominal pressure of PN 16 to 63, operating temperature of -196℃ to -29℃ emergency shut-off temperature of 70℃ ± 5℃, and with oxygen, nitrogen, argon, natural gas, ethylene (O2, N2, Ar, CNG, C2H4), etc. as the cryogenic media. 2 Normative references The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding correction to), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply.
