1 Scope
This document specifies the functional requirements and conformity evaluation for the information management software of the application support platform in a remote monitoring system of urban fire protection.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 26875.1 and the following apply.
3.1 users
A general term for persons and organisations that can access information in the remote monitoring system of urban fire protection through the information management software.
NOTE: Users include networked unit users, maintenance unit users, fire and rescue authority users, equipment manufacturer users, insurance institution users, etc., of the remote monitoring system of urban fire protection.
3.2 management

4 Functional Requirements
4.1 The software shall be provided with administrator accounts and ordinary user accounts.
