Plt: the long-term flicker coefficient; Pst: the short-term flicker coefficient. 5 Basic requirements 5.1 In accordance with those specified in GB/T 19963, the grid adaptability of wind turbine shall include: voltage deviation adaptability, frequency deviation adaptability, three-phase voltage unbalance adaptability, flicker adaptability and harmonic voltage adaptability. 5.2 The test results are only valid for the tested wind turbine with particular configuration. Other wind turbine configurations, including changing control parameters, can cause test results to change and require additional evaluation.
