This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard was proposed by and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee 79 on Radio Jamming of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 79). Measurement methods for electromagnetic fields of vehicle with regard to human exposure 1 Scope This standard specifies the measurement methods for low-frequency magnetic field emission in the vehicle environment exposed to by human beings. This standard is applicable to the frequency range of 10 Hz to 400 kHz. This standard is applicable to Categories L, M and N vehicles. This standard is not applicable to measurement of vehicles under wireless charging state. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. The magnetic induction strength is equal to the product of magnetic field strength multiplied by magnetic permeability μ0 in air, i.e. B=μ0H. [Definition 3.8 in GB 8702-2014] 3.2 general public exposure all electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields exposure borne by public, excluding occupational exposure and medical exposure 3.3 internal combustion engine machine that converts chemical energy from fuel combustion into thermal energy and then into mechanical energy inside the engine cylinder. 3.4 internal combustion engine vehicle; ICEV vehicle powered entirely by an internal combustion engine. 3.5 idling state of engine running without load. That is, the clutch is in the engaged position and the gearbox is in the neutral position (the vehicle with automatic gearbox in the "parking" or "P" position); for the vehicle with the carburetor fueling system, the choke valve is in the fully open position; the accelerator pedal is in the fully released position. 3.6 standby state of drive motor system being powered at high voltage while not running. 4 General requirements 4.1 Environmental conditions During the test, the ambient temperature shall be -7℃ ~ 35℃. 4.2 Interference source This standard measurement is applicable to long-term interference sources (e.g. front windshield wiper and warm air motor), while it is not applicable to short-term interference sources (e.g. power mirror, electric window, electric horn and hazard warning lamp). 4.3 Requirements for limits See Tables A.1, A.2 and A.3 in Annex A for the limit requirements referred to during measurement. 4.4 Measurement site The measurement may be carried out on an indoor dynamometer or on an outdoor flat and dry road. The slope of the outdoor road shall be between -2% and + 2%. The magnetic induction strength at the measurement site is less than 10% of the limit in Annex A. If the measurement is carried out on a dynamometer, the road load shall be set according to the curb weight of the vehicle. 4.5 Measuring instruments The measuring instruments shall be able to be used in magnetic field measurement, the frequency range of which shall meet the requirements of 10 Hz to 400 kHz. The magnetic field probe shall be isotropic and its outer diameter shall not exceed 13 cm. When measuring in the time domain, the measuring instruments shall be able to weight the measured data according to the time domain measurement method in IEC 62311:2008 and output the weighted measurement value of magnetic induction strength expressed in percentage. When measuring in the frequency domain, the measuring instruments may output frequency domain measurement results of the magnetic field of 10 Hz ~ 400 kHz. The minimum requirements for frequency resolution of data acquisition by frequency domain measuring instruments are shown in Table 1. Note: In order to meet the measurement requirements of narrow parts, measurement probes with the same performance and smaller volume may also be used for measurement. Table 1 Minimum requirements for frequency resolution Frequency range Frequency resolution 10 Hz≤f<5 kHz ≤1 Hz 5 kHz≤f<50 kHz ≤5 Hz 50 kHz≤f≤400 kHz ≤50 Hz 5 Measurement positions 5.1 Measurement positions for Category M passenger vehicles 5.1.1 Measurement positions for static state and driving state See Figure 1 for the measurement positions for Category M passenger vehicles under static state and driving state, including: ——Driver position: divided into seat position and feet space. As shown in Figure 2, the seat position test points are three fixed test points passing through the seat centerline: a) the center of the head pillow, b) the center of the seat back, and c) the center of the seat cushion; the feet space is divided into four sub-areas, and the test points are all the center points of the sub-areas, as shown in points A, B, C and D in Figure 3;
