1 Scope
This document specifies the ordering information, manufacturing processes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, and quality certification for stainless steel wire rods.
This document is applicable to stainless steel round wire rods with nominal diameters ranging from 4.5mm to 45.0mm.
This document is not applicable to stainless steel wire rods for welding.

g) Mechanical properties (the requirements of Group 2 shall apply if not specified);
h) Special requirements.
5 Manufacturing processes
The delivery condition of wire rods shall meet those specified in Table 1. Upon agreement between the supplier and the purchaser and as specified in the contract, wire rods may be delivered in other conditions.
