1 Application scope This standard specifies the technical requirements of quality assurance and quality control for sampling and determination during manual monitoring and comparison monitoring of wastewater and waste gas discharged from stationary pollution source. This standard is applicable to the environmental monitoring of wastewater and waste gas discharged from stationary pollution source. 2 Normative references The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. The method specified in national standards or other current effective methods shall be adopted for manual monitoring 3.4 site-laboratory quality control process of synchronous collection and analysis of quality control samples and actual samples according to established procedures. The quality control results may be used to judge whether the error of monitoring results is caused by site sampling or laboratory analysis
