1 Scope This part of JB/T 1647 specifies the types and basic parameters of straight-sided mechanical power press. This part is applicable to newly designed straight-side single, two and four-point presses for general use. 2 Types The types of presses are divided into straight-side single point press (see Figure 1), straight-side two-point press and straight-side four-point press (see Figure 2).
