1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements for carburizing bearing steel rolling bearing parts such as G20CrMo(A), G20CrlNiMo(A), G20CrNi2Mo(A), G20Cr2Ni4(A), G 10CrlNi3Mo(A) and G20Cr2Mn2Mo(A) in accordance with GB/T 3203 after forging heat treatment, carburizing, high tempering, quenching and tempering, and the inspection procedure for effective carburizing hardening depth measurement, hardness, microstructure, surface crack, etc. This standard is applicable to carburizing heat treatment quality inspection on rolling bearing parts made of above-mentioned carburizing bearing steel and of low carbon alloy steel meeting the requirements of this standard. For the bearing parts with special requirements, the carburizing heat treatment quality shall be in accordance with product drawings and relevant technical specifications.
