JB/T 8905.1-1999 本标准是对 ZB J19 010-88《起重机减速器》的修订，在以下重要技术内容上的所改变： ——齿轮精度由原标准的 7 级改为 8-8-7 级； ——补充了减速器的实际传动比。本标准是起重机用减速器系列标准的一部分，该系列标准包括： JB/T 8905.1 起重机用三支点减速器 JB/T 8905.2 起重机用底座式减速器 JB/T 8905.3 起重机用立式减速器 JB/T 8905.4 理发重机用套装式减速器本标准规定了 QJR、QJS 和 QJRS 三个系列的斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的型式，基本参数，尺寸和技术要求。本标准减速器主要适用于起重机的各的关机构，也适用运输、冶金、矿山、化工及轻工等机械设备的传动机构。工作条件应符合下列要求： a）齿轮圆周速度不大于 16m/s； b）高速轴转速不大于 1500r/min； c）工作环境温度为 -40℃～+45℃； d）可正反两向运转。
