1 Scope This standard specifies the principles and technical requirements for interconnecting the energy storage system, in which the electric energy is stored in electrochemical form, with the distribution network. This standard is applicable to the electrochemical energy storage system interconnecting with the distribution network whose voltage class is 10(20)kV or below; as for other types of energy storage systems interconnecting with the distribution network as well as those in the microgrid, the provisions of this standard may also be referred to. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
