After being cultured, every viable spore forms a colony, that is, a colony forming unit (CFU), and calculate the viable spore density in a unit microbial pesticide sample by observing the number of colonies with naked eyes 3.3 number of microbial contamination sum of the number of microbial colonies except Bacillus subtilis colony in the Bacillus subtilis wettable powder 3.4 frequency of microbial contamination percentage rate of the amount of other fungi and bacteria except Bacillus subtilis in the Bacillus subtilis wettable powder in the total bacteria amount 3.5 storage stability relative percentage ratio of the number of viable fungal of the Bacillus subtilis wettable powder to its indicated value after storage at room temperature and (or) below room temperature for a certain period of time
