For the purposes of this document, the following terminologies and definitions apply.

Catch device
Device that keeps or arrests the door at certain position.
Note: catch device is opened without auxiliary behavior, such as a magnetic chock block or a self-closing mechanical device.
3.2
Damper mechanism
Mechanical device that makes a door stop moving slowly.
