1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of instant cereal mix.
This Standard is applicable to the products taking barley, wheat, rice, etc. as the raw materials, which are made into raw pieces through slurrying, drying and crushing processes, then mixed (or not mixed) with raw materials such as milk powder, vegetable fat powder, white granulated sugar, etc.
