1 Scope
This Specification specifies the technical requirements and quality standards for the installation of heat-exchange equipment.
This Specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of the fire-free tubular and plate type heat-exchangers whose nominal pressure is less than or equal to 35MPa in the newly-built, extended and reconstructed petrochemical projects. The repair projects can be implemented with reference to this Specification.
