本标准规定了法兰连接尺寸按照CB/T 4196-2011、GB/T 2501-2010及螺纹连接按照GB/T 7306.2-2000的船用不锈钢球阀的分类、标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存。
本标准适用于温度不高于150℃的淡水、海水、油类、空气及含酸、碱等腐蚀性液体，公称尺寸为DN15～DN150,公称压力为PN6～PN40的船舶管路球阀的设计、制造和验收。
