本标准规定了食品中钩吻碱和钩吻碱子的两种测定方法—气相色谱-质谱联用法和高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法。
标准中方法一 气相色谱-质谱联用法，适用于代用茶、蜂蜜、配制酒及疑似含有钩吻碱和钩吻碱子的汤类食品的定性和定量测定，其它食品可参照执行。
标准中方法二 高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法适用于代用茶、蜂蜜、配制酒及疑似含有钩吻碱和钩吻碱子的汤类食品的定性和定量测定，其它食品可参照执行。
