本标准规定了聚酰胺酯短纤维的术语和定义、分类与标识、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存的要求。
本标准适用于以对苯二甲酸、乙二醇和含有5%以上己内酰胺为材料经共聚、纺丝制成的，线密度为0.8 dtex～1.8 dtex、有光、半消光、圆形截面的本色聚酰胺酯短纤维，其它规格的聚酰胺酯短纤维参照使用。
