This document replaces FZ/T 54016-2009 "Monofilament for Paper Blanket", compared with FZ/T 54016-2009, the main technical changes are as follows:
--Added the diameter coefficient of variation, dry thermal shrinkage coefficient of variation and thermal stability index of polyamide monofilament products (see Table 1);
--Modified the diameter tolerance, breaking strength, elongation at break and dry heat shrinkage index values of polyamide (see Table 1, 2009 version of Table 1);
-Added the appearance quality requirements (see Table 3, Table 2 of the 2009 edition);
--Modified the test method of monofilament oil content (see 6.6, 5.7 of the 2009 edition);
--Added polyamide monofilament thermal stability test method (see 6.7);
--revised packaging requirements (see 8.2, 7.2 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification and designation of monofilament for paper-machine blankets, technical requirements, test methods. Inspection rules and signs. Packaging, transportation and storage.
This document applies to the production of paper-machine felts used in polyamide, polyester monofilament.

4 Classification and code
4.1 Classification
4.1.1 According to the type of raw materials can be divided into polyamide (also known as nylon, nylon) monofilament and polyester monofilament. Polyamide monofilament is also divided into polyamide 6 monofilament, polyamide 66 monofilament.
4.1.2 According to the function can be divided into anti-hydrolysis monofilament, antifouling monofilament, etc..
4.1.3 According to the luster can be divided into glossy, semi-matte, matte, other luster according to user requirements.

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Internal quality requirements
5.1.1 Polyamide monofilament intrinsic quality requirements according to Table 1.
6 Test method
6.1 Specimen pretreatment
Specimens in GB/T6529 standard atmospheric conditions for at least 1h after the test.
6.2 Monofilament diameter tolerance and coefficient of variation
6.2.1 You use a micrometer caliper with an accuracy of 0.001 mm, measuring a point every 1 m, measuring 20 points, record the maximum and minimum values, and calculate the deviation from the nominal value.
6.2.2 monofilament diameter CV value according to the formula (1) and formula (2) calculation.
7 inspection rules
7.1 Batch regulations
The same species, the same batch number of products as a batch.
7.2 Sampling
According to GB/T 6502 implementation.
7.3 Determination of intrinsic quality
Intrinsic quality all meet the requirements of 5.1, the intrinsic quality of qualified. If there are unqualified items, in accordance with 7.2 resampling, the unqualified items for retesting. If the re-inspection is qualified, the batch of products is considered to be qualified; if still unqualified, the batch of products is not qualified.
7.4 Determination of appearance quality
Appearance quality all meet the requirements of 5.2, the appearance quality qualified. If there is not loose items, in accordance with 7.2 resampling, the unqualified items for retesting. If the re-inspection qualified, the batch of products considered qualified appearance quality; such as must be qualified, the batch of products failed appearance quality.
7.5 Judgment of the results
7.3 and 7.4 judgment are qualified, then the batch of products qualified.
8 Logo, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Each batch of qualified spool should be labeled, and the label should indicate the product model and production date.
8.1.2 Packaging carton should be trademarked, the name and address of the manufacturer, product model, production date, product implementation standard number.
8.2 Packaging
Product packaging should be marked not to throw and more than 8 layers of overlap, as well as moisture, sunlight, anti-corrosion signs, packaging, storage and transportation signs should be consistent with GB/T 191. winding spool can be referred to Appendix A, each axis of monofilament application of plastic film (preferably dark) wrapped and then packaged in a carton, bagging requirements according to the purchase of the two sides to confirm.
8.3 Transportation
Transportation should be lightly loaded and lightly placed to prevent sun and rain, not thrown and hooked, not mixed with toxic and corrosive goods.
