1 Scope
This part of GB 15208 specifies the system classification, general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and accompanied technical documents of transmission cargo security inspection system.
This part is applicable to the design, manufacturing, assembling, acceptance and service of various transmission cargo security inspection systems.
Note: for the entrance of any inspection channel of this system, the maximum value of either height or width of the entrance section is greater than or equal to 0.91m while less than or equal to 2.41m.
This part is not applicable to X-ray security inspection system like computed tomography (CT), electron accelerator or X-ray generating device with energy greater than 500keV as well as vehicle security inspection system.
