1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of aerobic bacterial count in the air of public places. This standard is applicable to the determination of aerobic bacterial count in the air of public places.
2 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
2.1 Impacting method
It refers to a sampling determination method to adopt impacting microbial air sampler to sample, make air pass through slit or pin hole to generate high velocity air by virtue of pumpdown and dynamic action, and thereby make bacteria-carrier particle suspending in the air impact nutrient agar panel, cultivate at 37℃ for 48h, and then calculate the bacterial colony forming units contained in the air per cubic meter.
2.2 Natural sinking method
It refers to a sampling determination method to expose nutrient agar panel with diameter 9cm for 5min at sampling point, cultivate at 37℃ for 48h, and then count the growing bacterial colony forming units.

1 Scope
