Foreword
This standard is prepared jointly by China Machinery Industry Construction Group Co., Ltd. and relevant units in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Printing and Distributing the Formulation and Revision Plan of 2016 National Standards and Specifications for Engineering Construction (JBH (20153274).
During the revision of this standard, the revision team carried out extensive investigation and research, summarized the practical experience of boiler installation in recent years, carried out special research, referred to a large number of documents and engineering data, and extensively solicited the opinions of relevant units and experts throughout the country. After repeated discussion, modification and improvement, the final draft was reviewed and finalized.
The main technical contents of this standard include: general principles, foundation re inspection and setting out, steel frame, drum, header and heating surface pipe, pressure test, source components, instruments, valves, soot blowers and auxiliary devices, combustion equipment, furnace wall masonry and insulation layer, air leakage test, drying, boiling, tightness test and trial operation, and project acceptance.
The main technical contents of this revision are:
1. Revised the proportion of non-destructive testing for steam boiler, hot water boiler and organic heat carrier boiler.
2. Revise the re inspection scope when the NDT results are unqualified.
3. Revise the allowable pressure drop value during the pressure maintaining period of the test pressure during the hydraulic test.
4. Safety time regulations for safe ignition and flameout of boilers using pulverized coal, oil or gas as fuel have been added.
5. The set pressure of the safety valve of the hot water boiler has been revised.
6. The installation requirements of burner are added.

1 General
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to improve the construction level of boiler installation project, promote technical progress, ensure project quality and safety, and improve economic benefits.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of fixed steam boilers with rated working pressure less than or equal to 3.82MPa for industrial, civil and regional heating, and fixed hot water boilers and organic heat carrier boilers with rated outlet pressure greater than 0.1MPa. It is not applicable to the construction and acceptance of installation works of cast iron boilers, transport vehicle and marine boilers, nuclear power boilers and power station boilers.
1.0.3 The boiler shall not be put into use without engineering acceptance procedures.
1.0.4 Before and during the installation of the boiler, when it is found that the pressure parts have quality problems that affect the safe use, the installation must be stopped and the construction unit must be reported.
1.0.5 The construction and acceptance of boiler installation engineering shall not only comply with this standard, but also comply with the provisions of current national standards.
2 Foundation re inspection and setting out
2.0.1 Before the boiler and its auxiliary equipment are in place, their foundation positions and dimensions shall be in accordance with the table

3 Steel frame
3.0.1 Before the installation of steel frame, the number of components shall be checked according to the construction drawings, and the length and straightness of main components such as column, beam and frame shall be in accordance with the table
3.0.1.
4 Drum, header and heating surface pipe
4.1 Drum and header
4.1.1 Before hoisting, the drum and header shall be inspected and shall meet the following requirements:
1. The surface of the drum, header and short welded pipe shall be free of mechanical damage, and the surface of each weld and its heat affected zone shall be free of cracks, incomplete fusion, slag inclusion crater, air holes and other defects;
2 The marking positions of the horizontal and vertical center lines at both ends of the drum and header shall be correct. When adjustment is required, it shall be re calibrated or adjusted according to the center line of the pipe hole
3 The surface roughness of the expansion tube hole wall shall not be greater than 12.5pm, and there shall be no dents, edge burrs and longitudinal nicks; The depth of circumferential or spiral notch of pipe hole shall not be greater than 0.5mm, the width shall not be greater than 1mm, and the distance from the notch to the edge of pipe hole shall not be less than 4mm;
4 The allowable deviation of expansion pipe hole shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.1.1.
5 Pressure test
5.0.1 After the installation of the steam and water pressure systems and their accessories of the boiler, the hydraulic test shall be carried out.
5.0.2 The main steam valve, water outlet valve, blowdown valve and water supply stop valve of the boiler shall be subject to hydrostatic test together with the boiler body. The safety valve shall be tested separately, and the safety valve shall be isolated during the hydraulic test of the boiler body.
5.0.3 The boiler shall be inspected before hydrostatic test and shall meet the following requirements:
1 The inside and surface of pressure components such as drum and header shall be cleaned; 2 Water wall, convection tube bundle and other pipes shall be unblocked;
3 The accessories on the heating surface pipe shall be welded;
4 There shall be no less than 2 pressure gauges for the pressure test system; For boilers with rated working pressure greater than or equal to 2.5MPa, the accuracy level of pressure gauge shall not be lower than 1.6; For boilers with rated working pressure less than 2.5 MPa, the accuracy level of pressure gauge shall not be lower than 2.5; The pressure gauge shall be calibrated and qualified, and its dial range shall be 1.5~3 times of the test pressure;
5 Drainage pipes shall be installed at the lowest part of the system, and vent valves shall be installed at the highest part of the system.
5.0.4 The test pressure of boiler hydrostatic test shall comply with the provisions in Table 5.0.4-1 and Table 5.0.4-2.
6 Source components, instruments, valves, soot blowers and auxiliary devices
6.1 Source taking parts
6.1.1 The installation of source components and primary instruments on pressure pipes and equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1 Mechanical processing method should be adopted for opening on pressure pipes and equipment
2. The material, structural dimension and installation position of the source parts shall meet the requirements of the design documents;
3 Opening and welding of source parts shall be carried out before anti-corrosion and pressure test.
6.1.2 The installation of temperature measuring and source taking components shall meet the following requirements:
1 The temperature measuring element shall be installed in a representative place with sensitive medium temperature change
2 The material of thermometer socket shall be the same as that of pipe;
3 The compensation resistance of the external circuit of the temperature instrument shall meet the specified value of the instrument; The allowable deviation of line resistance is ± 0.2Q for thermocouple and ± 0.1 for thermal resistance;
4 Anti bending measures shall be taken at the position or horizontal installation vulnerable to strong impact of the measured medium, and when the insertion depth is greater than 1m and the measured temperature is greater than 700 ℃;
5 When it is installed at the bend of the pipeline, it should be against the flow direction of the medium, and the axis of the source parts should coincide with the axis of the pipeline;
7 Combustion equipment
7.1 Grate
7.1.1 The chain grate profile steel members and their chain wheels shall be rechecked before installation (Fig. 7.1.1-1 and Fig. 7.1.1-2), and the inspection items and allowable deviation shall comply with the provisions in Table 7.1.1.
8 Furnace wall masonry and thermal insulation layer
8.1 Furnace wall masonry
8.1.1 The furnace wall masonry construction shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Furnace Masonry Engineering (GB 50211).
8.1.2 The boiler wall masonry shall be carried out after the boiler hydrostatic test and the installation quality of the parts, water pipes, furnace top supports, hangers and other devices built into the wall meet the requirements of the accompanying technical documents.
8.1.3 The processing surface and defective surface of the brick shall not face the inner surface of the furnace or furnace channel.
8.1.4 The refractory fiber felt should be used to fill the space between the exterior wall bricks and the interior wall refractory bricks.
8.1.5 When laying burner bricks, the center position, elevation and inclination of the brick hole shall comply with the provisions of the accompanying technical documents.
8.1.6 The surfaces of columns, beams, furnace door frames, peepholes, pipes, headers, etc. built in the furnace wall that are in contact with the refractory masonry shall be paved with refractory fiber insulation materials.
8.1.7 The expansion joint, structure and distribution position of masonry shall comply with the provisions of the accompanying technical documents. The expansion joint reserved shall be even and straight, and the allowable deviation of expansion joint width shall be 0 mm~5 mm; There shall be no sundries in the expansion joint, and the refractory fiber material larger than the joint width shall be used to fill tightly, and the joint facing the flame shall be filled flat. The refractory fiber insulation material in the vertical expansion joint of the furnace wall shall be pressed in at the same time as bricklaying.
9 Air leakage test, oven drying, boiler boiling, tightness test and trial operation
9.1 Air leakage test
9.1.1 Air leakage test shall meet the following conditions:
1 The induced draft fan and forced draft fan shall meet the requirements after single commissioning and test run;
2 The connection of flue, air duct and its auxiliary equipment and the manhole, hole, door, etc. at the furnace shall be tightly sealed;
3 The recirculation fan shall be connected with the flue, the inlet and outlet damper shall be flexible and the opening and closing indication shall be correct;

1 General
1.0.1 This standard is formulated to improve the construction level of boiler installation project, promote technical progress, ensure project quality and safety, and improve economic benefits.

2 Foundation re inspection and setting out
2.0.1 Before the boiler and its auxiliary equipment are in place, their foundation positions and dimensions shall be in accordance with the table

3 Steel frame
3.0.1 Before the installation of steel frame, the number of components shall be checked according to the construction drawings, and the length and straightness of main components such as column, beam and frame shall be in accordance with the table

4 Drum, header and heating surface pipe
4.1 Drum and header
4.1.1 Before hoisting, the drum and header shall be inspected and shall meet the following requirements:
1. The surface of the drum, header and short welded pipe shall be free of mechanical damage, and the surface of each weld and its heat affected zone shall be free of cracks, incomplete fusion, slag inclusion crater, air holes and other defects;
2 The marking positions of the horizontal and vertical center lines at both ends of the drum and header shall be correct. When adjustment is required, it shall be re calibrated or adjusted according to the center line of the pipe hole
3 The surface roughness of the expansion tube hole wall shall not be greater than 12.5pm, and there shall be no dents, edge burrs and longitudinal nicks; The depth of circumferential or spiral notch of pipe hole shall not be greater than 0.5mm, the width shall not be greater than 1mm, and the distance from the notch to the edge of pipe hole shall not be less than 4mm;
4 The allowable deviation of expansion pipe hole shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.1.1.
5 Pressure test
5.0.1 After the installation of the steam and water pressure systems and their accessories of the boiler, the hydraulic test shall be carried out.
5.0.2 The main steam valve, water outlet valve, blowdown valve and water supply stop valve of the boiler shall be subject to hydrostatic test together with the boiler body. The safety valve shall be tested separately, and the safety valve shall be isolated during the hydraulic test of the boiler body.
5.0.3 The boiler shall be inspected before hydrostatic test and shall meet the following requirements:
1 The inside and surface of pressure components such as drum and header shall be cleaned; 2 Water wall, convection tube bundle and other pipes shall be unblocked;
3 The accessories on the heating surface pipe shall be welded;
4 There shall be no less than 2 pressure gauges for the pressure test system; For boilers with rated working pressure greater than or equal to 2.5MPa, the accuracy level of pressure gauge shall not be lower than 1.6; For boilers with rated working pressure less than 2.5 MPa, the accuracy level of pressure gauge shall not be lower than 2.5; The pressure gauge shall be calibrated and qualified, and its dial range shall be 1.5~3 times of the test pressure;
5 Drainage pipes shall be installed at the lowest part of the system, and vent valves shall be installed at the highest part of the system.
5.0.4 The test pressure of boiler hydrostatic test shall comply with the provisions in Table 5.0.4-1 and Table 5.0.4-2.
6 Source components, instruments, valves, soot blowers and auxiliary devices
6.1 Source taking parts
6.1.1 The installation of source components and primary instruments on pressure pipes and equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1 Mechanical processing method should be adopted for opening on pressure pipes and equipment

9 Air leakage test, oven drying, boiler boiling, tightness test and trial operation
9.1 Air leakage test
