Introduction of GB 50481-2009
为了统一棉纺织工厂建设工程设计的技术要求，促进设计工作规范化，达到技术先进，经济合理，安全适用的目的，依据国家现行法律法规、生产建设经验和纺织科学技术发展的新成果，制定本规范。
本规范适用于纯棉、化纤及与其他短纤维混纺的纺纱、织布（包括家用纺织品织物、长丝织物）工厂的新建、扩建和改建工程的设计。
