ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５《鱼类检疫方法》分为7个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的第２部分。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５．１—１９９５《淡水鱼类检疫方法　第一部分》中的第４章。 ＧＢ／Ｔ１５８０５的本部分规定了用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴＰＣＲ）检测传染性造血器官坏死病毒（ＩＨＮＶ）的方法。
