本标准规定了农业、林业拖拉机防护装置的静态试验方法和验收技术条件。
　　本标准适用于拖拉机不带配重质量不小于600 kg、质量比不超过1.75、后轮最小轮距大于 1 150 mm、至少有两根轴的配充气轮胎的轮式拖拉机或履带拖拉机。
　　本标准不适用于下列各类型的拖拉机：割草机、葡萄园用窄轮距拖拉机、用于顶部空间有限的建筑物或果园内的低轮廓拖拉机、高架式（高地隙）拖拉机和某些特殊的林业机械（如集材拖拉机）。
