本标准规定了静止无功补偿装置（SVC）的现场试验及交接原则。
本标准不包括SVC系统组成部分的工厂试验及仿真试验。
本标准适用于采用晶闸管技术，应用在中压（MV）及以上输配电系统及工业环境中的SVC。
