GB/T 32269-2015 Aluminum and aluminum-alloy die forgings, hand forgings and rolled ring forgings - General specification
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for raw materials, chemical composition test, mechanical property test, heat treatment condition, stress-corrosion resistance test, dimensional tolerance, internal and general quality inspection, retest and rejection rules, certification, marking, protection and packaging of aluminum and aluminum-alloy die forgings, hand forgings and rolled ring forgings.
This standard is applicable to aluminum and aluminum-alloy die forgings, hand forgings and rolled ring forgings.
Note 1: The term "alloy" used throughout this standard generally refers to aluminum and aluminum-alloy.
Note 2: Values in the International System of Units (SI) are the standard values, with those in imperial units given in parentheses.

4.1 Purchase orders in compliance with this standard shall include the following information:
a) This standard designation (which includes the code, the serial number, and the year);
b) Quantity or quality;
c) Material designation (see Clause 7 and Table 1);
d) Temper (see Clause 8 and Tables 2 and 3);
e) Dimensions (see Clause 13). A drawing is required for die forgings and for hand forgings whose shapes are not simple rectangles.
