本标准规定了固定式电子衡器（以下简称衡器）产品的计量要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于使用称重传感器和电子称重仪表的非自动衡器，包括电子汽车衡、电子地中衡、电子地上衡、电子料斗秤及各种特殊的固定式电子衡器等；不适用于悬挂称量方式的电子衡器。
