为了规范既有钢塔桅的可靠性鉴定工作，加强对钢塔桅的安全与合理使用的技术管理，制定本规范。
本规范适用于下列既有钢塔桅的可靠性鉴定:
广播、电视钢塔桅;
通信、微波钢塔桅。
钢塔桅的可靠性鉴定，应由有相应能力的鉴定单位承担。
钢塔桅的可靠性鉴定，除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
