本标准规定了复杂海洋环境中探头类型、规格、应用范围、标定周期、数据采集系统、探头驱动装置、驱动力、贯入速率、贯入角度、现场测试程序（包括测试前准备工作，设备检查校准，CPT测试实施，孔压消散试验实施，测试完成及现场安全要求等）、CPT测试数据输出内容（包括直接测得数据、修正数据及推导数据）等。
本标准适用于黏性土、粉性土、砂性土的海洋静力触探测试。
