本标准规定了高效液相色谱法测定大豆及制品中磷脂组分和含量的方法。
本标准适用于大豆及制品(豆腐、豆浆、腐乳等)中磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇的测定。
本标准磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺和磷脂酰肌醇线性范围分别为50 μg／mL～4 000μg／mL
100μg／mL～4 000 μg／mL、150 μg／mL～4 000 μg／mL。
