本标准适用于水果及其制品中游离酚酸(包括咖啡酸、香豆酸、阿魏酸和芥子酸)含量的测定。
本标准定量测定范围:咖啡酸、香豆酸、阿魏酸和芥子酸均为1.0mg/L～200mg/L。本标准定量限:咖啡酸、香豆酸、阿魏酸和芥子酸均为1.0mg/kg。
本标准检出限:咖啡酸0.6mg/kg、香豆酸0.5mg/kg,阿魏酸0.6mg/kg,芥子酸0.7mg/kg。
