本技术规范规定了血液或尿液中阿片类、苯丙胺类、大麻酚类滥用药物，有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂、苯二氮卓类、抗抑郁类、抗癫痫类、平喘类、解热镇痛类药物以及其它常见治疗药物共238种毒（药）物（见附录A）的液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）检验方法。
本技术规范适用于血液或尿液中阿片类、苯丙胺类、大麻酚类滥用药物，有机磷类及氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂、苯二氮卓类、抗抑郁类、抗癫痫类、平喘类、解热镇痛类药物以及其它常见治疗药物共238种毒（药）物的定性定量分析。也适用于体外样品、可疑物证中238种毒（药）物的定性分析。
