本标准规定了直流四探针电阻率测试仪（以下简称四探针测试仪）的主要技术性能、测试方法、检测规则、包装、运输、贮存要求等。本标准适用于电子和冶金等行业生产与科研中测量半导体、金属薄层等的电阻率、薄层电阻和电阻的直流四探针测试仪，其它以四探针法为基础的六探针、交直流四探针电阻率、薄层电阻测试仪可参照使用。本标准不包括四探针探头标准。
