本文件规定了无线耳机及其充电盒的功能、性能、环境适应性、安全等要求，描述了对应的检测方法。
本文件适用于采用无线方式连接在人耳上及耳内使用的无线耳机、无线耳机-传声器组（头戴无线耳机-送话器组）。不适用于助听器所用耳机和其他设备、听力测定用的耳机、声开放式耳机、骨传导耳机。
同时支持有线和无线传输的耳机产品，本文件仅针对其无线传输部分，有线传输部分参照 GB/T 14471 执行。
