本标准规定了《企业幸福指数评价标准》的原则、适用形式、指标体系、评价方法、评价过程以及评价结果。
本标准适用于中国文化管理协会企业文化管理专业委员会（以下简称中企文委），开展企业幸福指数评估，其他组织和机构开展企业幸福指数评估时也应参照本标准实施。
