本文件适用于工业生产(矿山、冶金、化工、有色等)产生的可燃固体废物，包括煤矸石、煤泥、废渣、废橡胶、废旧纺织品、废皮革、工业污泥、中药残渣;适用于额定蒸汽压力小于3.82MPa，单台额定蒸发量(额定热功率)≥20th(14MW)的固废掺烧的工业锅炉。本文件不适于医疗废物、农药废物等危险废物和废塑料等含氯固体废物。
